Chelsea Charlton

I am proud to be a part of the RFISD team for the past 10 years! Both of my children graduated from RFISD and are continuing their education at Rice University and Texas A&M University-Galveston Maritime Academy. I am beyond proud and grateful to the district for helping set them up for success. As for my role here in Human Resources, I am happy to help answer any questions regarding employment opportunities, service records requests, verification of employment, or any other HR needs.
